QAMH Online Members Forum: Putting the Human Back in Human Resources

February 7, 2025 @ 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Members Only

HR updates to help you manage compliance, improve workplace culture and build capability in your team.

In today’s evolving workplace, business leaders are expected to do more than ensure compliance — they must also cultivate engaging, people-focused cultures and drive performance.

This practical webinar will explore key HR updates and strategies that can help your organisation meet its legal obligations and support your people in meaningful, human-centred ways.

In this session, we’ll cover:

  • Essential HR Compliance Updates – A summary of recent changes to Australian workplace laws and Fair Work obligations, including what you need to know (and do) in 2025 to stay compliant.
  • Workplace Culture and Connection – How to embed psychosocial safety, values-led leadership and inclusive practices into your day-to-day operations to build a culture where people feel safe, seen and supported.
  • Practical People Strategies for Capability Building – Tools to support staff development, performance conversations and succession planning, even in small or stretched teams with limited budgets.
  • Q&A / Real-World Examples – We’ll answer your questions and share examples of how other organisations are balancing compliance with compassion to create high-performing, human-focused workplaces.
