Special Online Presentation: Social Prescribing

ASPIRE and Primary Community Care Services Limited (PCCS) have partnered with the Queensland Alliance for Mental Health (QAMH) to bring you an opportunity to hear from international speaker, Dr Kate Mulligan. Kate is the Director of the Canadian Institute of Social Prescribing on Social Prescribing, and an Assistant Professor in Social and Behavioural Health Sciences in the Dalla Lana School of Public Health at the University of Toronto. We are delighted that Kate, while in Australia for a conference, is available to speak about her knowledge on social prescribing at a free, online event on Thursday 20 July.

Kate will be joined by Dr JR Baker, CEO of PCCS. JR has guided PCCS to become the leader in social prescribing, complex care coordination and linking services. He combines expertise in mental, physical and social health with proven experience leading organisations to achieve cutting-edge service delivery.

This online presentation is open to everyone. No registration required.
