Members Only
QAMH Members are invited to join us for our Online Members Forum. At this forum we will welcome TAFE Queensland to formally launch this new training for the sector.
Tracey Singh, Director Product Agency, TAFE Queensland, Hayley Crumblin, Vocational Curriculaum Specialist and Mandy Strathearn (CSIA and previous Manager NTSSS programs) will join us to provide an overview of the project and training development.
This purpose built training has been developed by TAFE QLD, in partnership with QAMH and our members in response to identified sector training gaps identified in the Community Mental Health Workforce Project, completed in July 2021.
The micro credential includes the following knowledge areas for workers: Information about mental illness, mental health and wellbeing , the mental health eco system and how to navigate it ; Recovery-oriented practice and Trauma Informed care.
Come along and discover how your workforce can access this free training.
