Members Only
QAMH Members are invited to join us for our Online Members Forum where we will be joined by Michelle Debert who manages HART4000, the Homeless hub with Communify Qld. Michelle oversees a team of 27 under programs such as intake/assessment, case management, outreach/mobile support, the Immediate Housing Response and Immediate Housing Reponses for Families and ASRA Housing (Asylum seeker outreach team). In this forum Michelle will share the changes that Covid-19 brought to our homelessness sector, the current programs running at HART and in the wider homelessness sector and will provide helpful information to attendees to assist people you are supporting to navigate the housing system, for both immediate accommodation options and longer term.
The Immediate Housing Response is the newest program to be funded and Michelle will explain how this funding and program operates at HART4000.
